As Faisal Alrubaya EST directed the Foundation to support the Saudi youth and develop their skills at work, as the employees are workers or Saudis, all of them are qualified engineers and hold certificates from the Council of Engineers. Note that the Corporation has implemented many projects with the government and private sectors and concluded many periodic maintenance contracts with the largest companies.
